SCOLPI

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to SCOLPI. Please read carefully before continuing.

Section 1
Medical Disclaimer

SCOLPI does not provide medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. This includes any injury-recovery templates in the app — they are general physical-therapy style guidance, not a prescribed rehabilitation program; always follow your doctor or physical therapist. Stop immediately if you feel faint, dizzy, or experience pain.

Section 2
Fitness & Activity Risks

Physical exercise involves inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for your participation and safety.

Section 3
Liability Release

SCOLPI and its creators are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages from your use of the app.

Section 4
Music Content Notice

Some linked playlists may contain explicit language. Listener discretion is advised.

Section 5
User Responsibility

You agree to use proper form, follow instructions, and train within your personal limits.

Section 6
Nutrition Disclaimer

The diet planner provides general calorie and macro estimates based on the details you enter. It is not medical or dietetic advice. Consult a physician or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition.

Section 7
Your Data

Your workouts, records, diet logs and preferences are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping a backup (Settings → Data → Export Backup). See the Privacy Policy for details.

Section 8
Display & Brightness

SCOLPI offers Dark and Light display modes. Switching between them noticeably changes on-screen brightness and contrast. If you are sensitive to bright screens — for example due to migraines, photosensitivity, or an eye condition — choose whichever mode is comfortable and adjust your device's brightness accordingly. SCOLPI is not responsible for eye strain, discomfort, or any effect resulting from screen brightness or display settings.

Section 9
Acceptance

By tapping "Agree & Continue," you accept all parts of these Terms.
