Privacy Policy

SCOLPI stores the following data to provide the workout, recovery and nutrition experience:

• Workout progress (exercises completed, sets, reps, weights, times)
• Personal records (PRs) and performance history
• Diet plan details, food logs, water intake and nutrition achievements
• Meal photos you choose to attach — compressed and kept only on your device, never uploaded
• Injury-recovery plan selections and daily exercise check-offs
• Favorites and wishlists (trainers, playlists, shop items)
• App preferences (theme, units, rest days, display settings)
• Phone number or Google account (for authentication, once accounts launch)

We do not collect location data, contacts, or any data unrelated to your fitness tracking. Photos are only stored if you attach them to a food log, and they stay on your device.

All app data is stored locally on your device using browser storage (localStorage). Your data stays on your device and is not transmitted to external servers. You can download a full copy at any time via Settings → Data → Export Backup, and restore it with Import Backup.

When cloud sync is enabled (future feature), your data will be stored securely in a Google database to allow cross-device access. Data in transit will be encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

SCOLPI integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google Sign-In — for account authentication (once accounts launch). Google may collect data per their privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — for typography. Font files are loaded from Google servers.
• Spotify — embedded playlist previews. No Spotify data is collected by SCOLPI.
• YouTube — exercise demonstration videos, loaded via the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie player only when you tap play.

SCOLPI does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics services. We do not track your browsing behavior across other websites or apps. localStorage is used solely for app preferences and workout data.

You have the right to:

• Access your data — all workout and diet data is viewable within the app
• Delete your data — Settings → Data offers day / week / month / full resets for workouts and diet, or clear your browser/app data to remove everything
• Export your data — Settings → Data → Export Backup downloads a complete JSON copy; Import Backup restores it
• Opt out of any future data collection features

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information is collected and how it is used
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of the sale of personal information — SCOLPI does not sell personal data
• Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

For users in the European Union, SCOLPI processes data on the lawful basis of consent. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below.

SCOLPI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Local data is stored within your browser's sandboxed storage. When cloud sync is available, all data transfers will use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of SCOLPI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
